Refund Policy

- Non-Refundable Fees
The Registration Fee and all Placement Fees are non-refundable.
- Absence and Postponement
Students wishing to postpone their studies or take time off may do so with a four week prior notice to IHT. A $100.00 fee will apply for notices less than four weeks.
- Rejection by Immigration Canada
Students unable to obtain a visa are entitled to a full refund less all Non-Refundable Fees (Section 1). Students must request for a refund in writing two weeks prior to the start of their course and return the original Letter of Acceptance with a copy of the rejection letter issued by Immigration Canada to International House Toronto as soon as possible. If IHC is not notified at least before the starting date of the course, than cancellation policies (section 5) will apply.
- Applying through an IHT Representative
Students who enroll through an IHT representative, must obtain their refund directly from the representative and comply with the representative's refund policies.
- Cancellation and Early Withdrawal Fees for English Programs and TAP
